About Travis

Born and raised in Richardson, Texas, Travis Snowder is a true Dallas native and knows the area very well. He graduated from J.J. Pearce High school. Since then, he has had a strong career in sales, being a top producer and manager for Gamestop, Verizon Wireless and helping open the largest retail showroom in the world, Nebraska Furniture Mart in 2015. He started his real estate career in 2012, although transitioned his focus full time in 2014, primarily focusing on residential leasing with ONEProp INC. In 2015, Travis transferred his license to the Dallas Preston Road office of Keller Williams Realty and started his business off with a bang! He made rookie of the year and achieved very high recognition while being at the biggest brokerage in DFW. He recently has transitioned to team leader for a “Cloud” based brokerage called eXp Realty LLC. He has focused on creating a powerful presence in the real estate market as the Homes By Snowder team expands with the ability to perform nationally. Travis Says the difference between him and his peers in the industry is that he focuses primarily on “Putting Integrity Back Into Realty!”....He truly takes this all to heart as he helps clients with relocation, first time home buying, marketing and selling their homes, Travis’ background shines through as he brings a special experience to each and every person he helps. As Travis gets more and more experience in the field it shows; He makes the process easy and fun. Plus, his expert negotiation skills help to find you the best deal available when purchasing and net you the highest potential amount when selling.

Travis has two young sons and is very involved in their lives. After receiving eagle scout in his youth, he now participates in his son’s cub scouts. He is a volunteer coach for his son’s T-ball team, and believes that leading his kids with passion, success and integrity will lead to their success later in their lives. Volunteering and charitable events drive Travis; he is very involved at his church and finds peace in helping the needy anywhere he can.

Travis believes in providing the highest standard for his clients and will not stop until he accomplishes that. It shows as he runs his business primarily off of referrals and repeat business. He hopes to one day make you a happy client too!
